Sheridan Gold, Music Director
Sheridan started playing the silver flute when she was 8 years old, and continued playing all the way through her BA in Music Education and MA in Special Education at Sonoma State University. Besides silver flute, Sheridan also plays Native American Flute and hand drums, including her latest and most favorite instrument, the Handpan. Sheridan’s teaching career started before she exited college as she has always taught group lessons and private lessons for flute and the djembe.
Besides playing and teaching, Sheridan is also involved in playing healing music for those who need it. She plays for memorials, weddings, celebrations, spoken word events, rallies, and had 2 of her own concerts playing her own original music.
Shhh! Here’s a little note about Sheridan…she always wanted to be a choral and orchestral conductor, so PLPL is giving her that opportunity!
